Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Focus EduSolutions is seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for various current and future online programs for leading Universities and Colleges that are partnered with Focus EduSolutions.

Role Expectations

You will be part of a team that will champion and drive creative ideas which in turn will be required to drive growth opportunities for the company.

  • You will be actively engaged in building brand campaigns for selling online programs and solutions to various audiences.
  • You will actively engage and support the online admissions team responsible for student enrollments to the various online programs.
  • You will be responsible for designing brochures, building pitch decks and web conference materials. In addition, you will also be required to provide creative direction to production teams to build student collaterals, videos and other digital and print content for constantly improving the online web traffic for the online programs.
  • You are expected to be well versed in using HubSpot for designing and implementing online campaigns and workflows along-with the ability to consistently track and report timely progress.
  • We also expect that you demonstrate proficiency in using HubSpot and the Salesforce CRM, as you will be required to manage mass marketing Campaigns by interfacing and managing various CRM activities.
  • You will also be responsible for managing social media messaging platforms for various online programs.
  • Responsibilities will include, managing upstream and downstream communication with the company’s clients through custom-designed templates to reflect the execution of the stated process and the delivery of outcomes.
  • Manage third party bloggers and contractors for building white papers, blogs for collaterals, conferences, events, and websites. This will include collaboration with agencies, internal teams and other vendors/partners as needed.
  • Actively undertake and report, as well as timely research to gauge market expectations and future trends.
  • Responsible for articulating and presenting changing business scenarios by building the appropriate media strategy through presentations via customized powerpoint decks.
  • Responsible for building marketing collaterals for new online programs, and be responsible for recommending the appropriate branding and positioning for potential new online programs.
  • Develop budgets and execute spending for various digital marketing functions including online campaigns and establish efficacy and ROI.

The Role And Your Skill Sets, the ‘Must-Haves’:

You are an ideal candidate if you have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in digital marketing and have worked preferably in eLearning/Higher Education/Publishing.
  • A proven track record of assuming responsibility for new markets and revenue-generating opportunities, along-with skills for prioritizing and executing growth-based initiatives.
  • Collaborated with admissions/enrollment teams.
  • Experience in developing and managing customized digital market campaigns.
  • Good listening skills. Possess Strong and effective communication and analytical skills
  • Team collaboration skills

Technical Skills Sets

We do not expect you to know it all. However, you should be a fast learner and be able to utilize these software tools and applications to accomplish the stated goals.

Including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, iContact, Mail Chimp, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google keywords research and webmaster tools, Facebook advertising, Flipboard, MSOffice Suite, Salesforce, Ghostery, SimplyMeasured, and Twitter Advertising. You will also be required to possess skills to efficiently utilize Hubspot, HootSuite, TweetDeck, Buffer, Social Bakers, Sprout social and Sysomos.
